In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of office tasks in support of our corporate teams. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires a commitment to a high level of customer service and excellent, and outstanding attendance.
• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Providing support as a Receptionist, CFO Assistant, and Accounting Department Support such as Accounts Receivable - Daily Checks Log, Accounts Payable Invoice Posting, downloading, organizing invoices, matching packing slips, payroll data entry, archiving, and data entry.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and administrative duties.
• Maintain/renew business license and various permits.
• Process business license renewals for various cities, handling online payments or coordinating payments with Accounts Payable as needed.
• Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.
• Excellent attendance and a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional behavior.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in professional phone etiquette, front desk organization, and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high degree of self-discipline to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workloads and high call volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle routine inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
