Sales Assistant

HCI Systems Inc. is a rapidly growing low-voltage contracting company based in California. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Irvine. In this role, you’ll handle sales coordination for our upcoming client projects and work closely with our internal sales representatives. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President. The ideal candidates will have an interest in sales.

• Handle email communication to support sales coordination
• Assist with estimating change orders
• Draft and write change order proposals
• Monitor and track engineering milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Submit jobs sold by our internal Sales Reps following HCI’s booking process, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
• Obtain pricing details for monitoring and Software as a Service agreements
• Prepare and track the service agreements with customers
• Learn HCI’s products and systems to better support the sales team

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Experience handling a high volume of administrative tasks
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and openness to constructive feedback
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening · No prior experience is required for this position.
